Join us for a Pilates floor class led by Amber Goin of The Pilates Table in our beautiful courtyard! Open to all levels, this session focuses on gentle movement, strength, and balance.
Held in memory of Maurice Goin, this event benefits Cancer Support Community, which provides free support, education, and wellness programs for people affected by cancer. A suggested donation of $15 or more is appreciated.

Participants will also examine innovative approaches to improve access to care and research participation for diverse and underserved communities across the region.
